| DesignVAR starts off by providing you with 4 pre-built packages to make quoting easy for you. Simply name the plan as your own and sell the services included within. |

 | What if someone wants more than they get with the package? |

| DesignVAR gives you individual elements that you can sell in addition to the pre-built packages. You can add these elements on and upsell your clients accordingly. There is no limit to what you can add or what can be done. DesignVAR gives you demos and descriptions of the services you sell so your clients know what they’re getting. |

 | What if I need additional assistance with my client and I don’t know what to do? |

| DesignVAR will train your staff remotely and advise on an individual basis. Additional training is available at cost to the reseller with on-site training. |

 | What happens if I have a customer dispute? |

| You are required to handle your own disputes since the service is a private label. DesignVAR will not be responsible for inaccurate quotes. DesignVAR will deliver on all subscribed service as per the plan subscribed. See reseller form for additional information. |

| Pricing is up to you to assign. DesignVAR does not require any particular pricing to be set on resold plans. In general, design firms will charge an average of $100 per page designed (not including any additional interactive elements). You may charge whatever you wish for the service. |
